About Us
I’m Stuart Katz of TAL Tours, a travel company I established in 1992 because of my love of travel — I wanted to share my love with others.
I’m originally from Panama and grew up in San Diego, California. I’ve been to 40+ countries around the world and speak Hebrew, Spanish and English fluently.
I recently launched Deluxe Kosher Tours to share my love of foreign places with the discriminating kosher traveler — to open up places such as Ethiopia, Uganda, Bolivia, Japan and Korea where it is often very difficult for the kosher traveler to find appropriate dietary accommodations.
